kingphp Terms and Conditions: Rules for Philippine Players

Section 1

Eligibility to use kingphp

kingphp is an online gaming platform intended for adults. Before creating an account or placing a bet, every person must satisfy all of the following conditions without exception.

• You must be at least 21 years of age, or the minimum legal age for online gaming permitted in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

Section 2

Account registration and security

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active kingphp account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under aliases — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure. If a duplicate account is discovered, the balance on any additional account may be forfeited in full.

kingphp is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from a player's failure to protect their own login credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately so protective action can be taken without delay.

Section 3

Deposits and accepted payment methods

All monetary transactions on the kingphp platform are processed in Philippine pesos (₱). Deposits must come from a payment source that belongs to and is controlled by the registered account holder. Using a payment method registered in a third party's name is not permitted and may trigger an account review.

kingphp processes deposits promptly, but in some cases a payment provider may impose processing delays outside our control. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply per method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Do not deposit funds you cannot afford to lose, and do not use credit facilities, loans, or money earmarked for essential expenses such as rent, utilities, tuition, or family needs.

Withdrawals from your kingphp account

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible. This policy is part of kingphp's commitment to preventing financial misuse. Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have passed any applicable identity verification steps.

1. Submit the request via your account. Log in to your kingphp account and navigate to the withdrawal section. Enter the exact amount in PHP and confirm your payment method. Double-check all details before submitting.
2. Verify your identity if requested. kingphp may request a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, or payment method verification. Providing these documents promptly avoids unnecessary delays.
3. Allow processing time. Processing times vary by method. E-wallet withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers. Any applicable minimum or maximum withdrawal amount will be visible at the time of the request.
4. Check for active bonus wagering requirements. If a bonus is active on your account, check whether an outstanding wagering requirement applies before requesting a withdrawal. Uncompleted requirements may affect the available withdrawal amount.
5. Contact support if a request is delayed. If a withdrawal has not been received within the expected processing window, contact kingphp support with your request reference. Do not submit duplicate requests for the same amount.

A player who claims a bonus without meeting the qualifying conditions may find the bonus — and any winnings generated from it — removed from their account. kingphp reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Abuse of promotional offers — including using multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or systematic exploitation of terms — is grounds for account closure.

• Each promotion may be claimed only once per household, IP address, device, and payment method unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met using real-money bets placed within the eligible game categories specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and their associated winnings are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• Promotional funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the period stated in the specific offer terms.
• kingphp is the sole arbiter of whether a player has met the conditions of any promotion.

• Collusion with other players to influence the outcome of a game or market.
• Use of any automated tool, bot, script, or third-party software to interact with the kingphp platform.
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage — any such advantage must be reported to support immediately.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using the platform to process funds connected to illegal activity.
• Chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits after services have been provided.
• Creating or using accounts on behalf of another person.

kingphp monitors activity on the platform and cooperates fully with regulatory authorities where required. A player found engaging in prohibited behaviour forfeits any balance held on the account at the time of discovery.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kingphp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform. This includes but is not limited to lost profits, lost data, or loss of enjoyment. kingphp's total liability to any player for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kingphp does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server outages, or third-party service disruptions may affect access. kingphp will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where reasonably practicable, but is not liable for losses arising from unavoidable interruptions.

Changes to these Terms and Conditions

kingphp reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the contact details on their account, and the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the kingphp platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using kingphp and request account closure before the effective date. Pending balances will be handled according to the Terms in effect at the time of the closure request.
